On our farm with holiday apartments, agriculture and hospitality go hand in hand, so you are welcome to accompany us to the barn during your holiday and help with feeding, mucking out and milking. You will find out what work needs to be done all year round, how valuable and delicious farm produce is and why "slow living" is easier on a farm than almost anywhere else.
The history of the Stegerhof dates back to the 18th century. Our house is one of the oldest in the village and was first mentioned as a Widum in 1780.
Our family used to live in the building that now houses the holiday flats. Back then, there were already two holiday flats under the name "Stegerhof", while the stable was still right next to the house.
In 2002, we built a nature oasis opposite to offer our guests a special nature experience - hence the additional name of our house today. In 2004, we moved the farm to the edge of the village and converted the former stable building into a holiday flat and our private flat.
Today, five cosy holiday flats invite our guests to relax and unwind - complemented by our wellness area and the swimming pool for relaxing hours in nature.
