Your holiday flat in Truden is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 10.00 am.

Your faithful four-legged friends are not permitted in our holiday flats.
The minimum stay in our holiday flats is 4 nights. From April to September the minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays.
As we want to live in harmony with nature, we mainly use zero-kilometre products from our own farm for breakfast. Our 500 m² photovoltaic system generates 70,000 kilowatt hours per year. It supplies the electricity for the wood chip system, which we use to heat the farm and wellness area. This makes us climate-neutral, which means that the same amount of CO2 that our heating system produces was previously absorbed from the air by the trees. Our farm was awarded the Tyrol-South Tyrol Environmental Seal several years ago. This guarantees that our farm has focussed on environmentally friendly working methods. In addition, there are two charging stations for electric cars directly in the garage.

The prices are per holiday flat (for 2 to 4 persons) and night. For each additional person there is a surcharge of € 25.00 per night.
The prices do not include the local tax of € 2.00 per person (from 14 years) and night. The local tax is paid on site.
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
- In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, 50 % of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the holiday, 100 % of the amount of the stay will be charged.
- In the event of late arrival and early departure, 100 % of the amount of the stay will be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance
"Roter Hahn" has concluded a framework agreement with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. Your farm can offer you an unbureaucratic solution if you want to play it safe. If you take out this travel cancellation insurance, cancellation, late arrival or early departure is covered in many cases.
